What to include
Send corrections to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, payment information, Steam credentials, copyrighted game files or personal logs that have not been reviewed for sensitive data.
Game crashes, refunds, account issues and malware detections belong with Steam or CyanCoast support. This inbox is for site corrections and accessibility reports.
How reports are reviewed
A report is checked against primary sources first. Community evidence must be reproducible and clearly labelled. We may preserve the source URL and decision in the research ledger.
Email delivery and hosting providers can retain operational records under their own policies.
